We offer local delivery within the Lakeland, Alberta area.

  • Cold Lake: Deliveries on Thursdays

  • Bonnyville: Deliveries on Saturdays

Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $20 on orders under $85

  • FREE Shipping across Canada on orders over $85

  • We ship on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays)

  • Canadian addresses only — sorry for any inconvenience

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final

  • Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on bath and body products

  • If there's an issue with your order, contact us — refunds may be issued upon request

Packing & Sustainability

We care about the planet just as much as your skin. Here's how we keep things eco-conscious:

  • Soaps are wrapped in biodegradable film — just toss in the trash

  • Packing peanuts are made from corn, dissolve in water, and are great for crafts

  • We reuse shipping materials whenever possible

  • Bath Salt containers can be rinsed, labels removed, and recycled

  • Glass bottles can be cleaned, labels removed, and returned for credit on your next order

Product Care Tips

🧼 Soap Care

  • Keep soap out of standing water — a draining soap dish is key

  • Store unused bars in a cool, dark place

  • Bonus tip: Bar soaps are great for linen drawers and under the car seat to keep things fresh, also keep mice and bugs away in campers. 

  • We do NOT recommend soap saver bags as they keep in moisture and cause breakdown 

🛁 Bath Bomb & Bath Product Care

  • Do not store in the bathroom — humidity reduces shelf life

  • Keep in a cool, dark space

  • For long-term storage, use ziplock bags in an airtight container to prevent scents from mixing
